R Marine Sydney Boat Expo Highlights
Last Saturday was a very busy one here at the RMarine Sydney facility at the Sydney Superyacht Marina.
We were fortunate to be able to showcase a range of current model Rivieras, with the newly released 50 Sports Motor Yacht taking centre stage. The 505SUV and 4800, 5400 and 6000 Sport Yachts rounded out the display.
The weather gods smiled on us and a crowd of boating enthusiasts enjoyed the sunshine and the opportunity to view the boats in a relaxed environment.
The feedback for the new model was universally positive, highlighting the clever use of space that endows the 50SMY with a mezzanine deck, large flybridge and 3 cabins, including full-width master, all in a 50 foot package
We have consequently fielded a number of enquiries across the range and look forward to securing several orders.
A number of our Riviera owners also took the opportunity to attend a boat-centric First Aid Course conducted by Michelle Healey from Hands On First Aid in our office at the same time. Many remarked on how first aid advice has changed and improved since previous courses they may have attended and how important it is to make sure your knowledge is up to date. Although the course has a very serious message it was also very entertaining to watch a group of ‘respectable’ boat owners furiously pumping away at the CPR dummies – not a straight face to be seen!
With its ideal combination of display berths right in front of the office, generous sized sales and administration areas (including the famous fish tank) and plenty of car parking, the Rozelle dealership lends itself perfectly to a range of functions and educational courses so stay tuned to see details of upcoming events.
